My name is Zayn Bronsyn,
and I think I screwed up.
I wasn’t supposed to fall,
especially not for her.
She’s in a league of her own,
and I’m just her brother’s scumbag friend.
The last time I saw her,
she was thirteen with braces.
Now, she’s back from boarding school,
with an hourglass body that’ll bring me to my knees.
If Easton finds out I hooked up with his sister,
he might actually kill me.
She’s too innocent, too perfect for a guy like me,
but I can’t resist dragging her into my messed up world.
Amelia Donovan might be the one to revive my blackened heart.

Kelsey Clayton is a 29-year-old mother of two from a small town in lower Delaware. Born and raised in New Jersey, she discovered her love for writing when she used it as a coping mechanism to get through hard times. Since then, she has been passionately writing novels that make people fall in love with the characters and the storylines. She writes from a mix of personal experiences and imagination. As an avid beach lover, her dream is to write an entire book with her feet in the sand.
I didn’t realize going into this book how much I needed this spinoff series.
As always with Kelsey’s writing it only took a few pages for me to be immersed in the world of North Haven University. Zayn and Amelia see each other for the first time in years and the moment they are in the vicinity of each other you can feel the pull between them.
Zayn is a deliciously hot, alpha, bad boy but he also has a big a heart and will do anything for the people he loves. Amelia was an amusing blend of shy and sassy. The minute Zayn and Amelia spend time together it’s blatantly clear that there is a magnetic connection between them that leaves them little choice in being drawn to one another.
I loved the brotherliness of Zayn’s friendship with Knox and Easton. The closeness and loyalty they share was endearing.
Corrupt My Mind is my new favorite Kelsey Clayton book she exceeded any expectation I had for the introduction to her new series. The pure magnetism between Zayn and Amelia held a rare intensity that I was awed by. The intricacies of the storyline were captivating a perfect blend of heart stopping to heart racing moments, steam, witty banter and enough chemistry to set a kindle on fire.
