| I don’t know if I want to take a cold shower or call a therapist. Be My Brayshaw, stole the place of my favorite Brayshaw in a way that only Brayshaw men can. I started this book and thought I would read half today and finish it tomorrow. That didn’t happen, I couldn’t stop until the very last page because this story, these characters are insanely addictive. Captain and Victoria had an intense connection and I felt that on every page. The feels didn’t hit me on a surface level, I felt these things bone deep. Swooning and butterflies are surface level, the feels in this had me holding my breath as I read, lumps in my throat and tightness in my chest. Top read of 2020 and on my all-time favorites list. |
