Wrongfully accused. Sentenced to ten years. But the steel bars release me early. After serving half of my time for a crime I didn’t commit, they grant me parole—with a very short leash. My second chance at freedom begins now, and I won’t waste it. I should’ve been paying more attention. Ambushed. Captured. Stranded. When I wake in the depths of a snowy forest, all seems lost. I’ve been left alone in the wilderness with zero means of escape. Until someone rouses beside me. I recognize Blakely Cross instantly, yet she’s barely more than a stranger. Now she’s stuck with me in the worst possible place, as collateral damage. Blakely blames me, and rightfully so. This entire situation is my fault. Our destinies are inadvertently twisted together by forces far larger than us. Whether she hates me or not, we need each other to stay alive. Cope. Adapt. Persevere. They tossed us out to be buried, but underestimated our determination. The bond we’re building will overcome the harshest conditions. And we’re not willing to surrender.   About the Author: Harloe Rae is a USA Today & Amazon Top 10 best-selling author. Her passion for writing and reading has taken on a whole new meaning. This was my first book by this author and I’m so delighted to have found her.

Left For Wild was unlike any book I have ever read. One look was all it took for Halder and Blakely to form a connection that simmered on the surface for years with no words exchanged between them.

The moment they are thrust together in unimaginable circumstances Halder and Blakely’s chemistry ignites a forest fire warming them inside while on the outside they are freezing. In the fight of their lives they formed a partnership of trust that was so intense it felt as though they had known each other their whole lives. Two halves of a whole, Halder flourished at physical tasks whereas Blakely was the one to take care of their heads.

Blakely was my favorite type of heroine with her quirkiness, sass and tendency to ramble when nervous. Halder was a mix of bad boy and nerd with a level of kindness so deeply ingrained in his character that his ability to make a girl swoon was insane.

The storyline grabbed me from the very start and I didn’t stop until I had read every word. The chemistry between them was hot enough to make me keep reading but the complete insanity of how they end up thrust together made me incapable of stopping until I knew Halder and Blakely got the happily ever after they deserved.

The unique storyline had my heart racing continuously from fear and feels, entertaining banter plus the out of this world chemistry between Halder and Blakely made Left For Wild an exceptional read.
