This was a fantastic introduction to the Wicked Poison series.

I fell in love with Rylee within the first few pages. She took a stand, I admired her strength.

August was the bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks but you quickly learn that he’s so much more than that. He had been through a lifetime of people letting him down and keeping everyone an arm’s length away had become second nature to him.

The chemistry between August and Rylee is palpable in their very first interaction and becomes more intense on every page. The push and pull between August and Rylee took my emotions from exquisitely high to venomously low.

I was consumed by August and Rylee as they became consumed by one another. An engrossing mix of intense chemistry, witty banter, steam, and feels. I can’t wait to read, My Wicked Heart.
