DEPREVED (Devil’s Duet Book 1)
Smoke and mirrors. A web of lies. He’s come for the devil’s ultimate prize.
J.D. Wilder strides into my hotel bringing the dark musky scent of sin with him. Arrogant and powerful, he’s the president’s eldest son. Even after all these years, I can still taste him on my lips. But when he speaks, there’s not a glimmer of the boy I once loved.
He struck a deal with my parents. That’s what he claims. Loaned my mother the money she desperately needs to stay alive.
Now he’s here to collect.
What does he want?
My soul, of course.
The one thing I will never give him.
Download a copy of Depraved today, and let Eva take you on a decadent journey, where nothing is as it appears. Buckle up.
DELIVERED (The Devil’s Duet Book 2)
Delivered, Book 2 of The Devil’s Due, is not a standalone. It should be read after reading Depraved.
Gabrielle Duval belongs to me.
I’ve made sure of that.
Now it’s time to eliminate the man who kept us apart.
The devil himself.
His reign of terror ends here.
On my terms.
Those who are triggered by dark storylines, please proceed cautiously!
This was my first book by this author and I’m so glad I took a chance on Eva Charles and The Devil’s Duet.
You could feel the chemistry between Gabrielle and JD in the very first pages which is also how long it took me to be fully immersed in this world. It’s a world full of mystery, intrigue and blazing hot scenes.
I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough so I could find more information on the mystery but the more I read the more assumptions I made only to finally make me realize I didn’t know anything at all and you get pulled deeper into this world of suspense.
I’m so happy book 2 in this duet is available as I will be starting it immediately
I loved this book not only did it drag me far deeper into a world with Gabrielle and JD but it also pulled my emotions into it.
Gabrielle and JD’s relationship was almost completely different than what they had in Depraved because they still had the undeniable chemistry and smoking hot scenes but this time they were more connected on a more emotionally soul deep level.
I loved the ongoing suspense with the twists and turns once I started reading Delivered I didn’t stop until I had read every single word.
This duet was outstanding the storyline was consuming with all the suspense, secrets that were kept and some that were shared, it kept a pace throughout both books that made your mind reel at all of these insane things that were taking place that made you want to devour the pages as fast as you can because you need to know what happens. Of course, you also have Gabby and JD with their epically steamy moments and working on a second chance at love while hoping the traumas of the past aren’t going to rip them apart again
