Oh my, Jonathan King is going to take us on one hell of a ride. This prequel novella was enough of a taste of the story to pull me in and give enough details to leave me addicted and wanting more.
Jonathan is what I would have expected to a point but there was also a few elements of his character that I was surprised by but the only one I will mention is that under his ruthless seemingly cold exterior there are some who he holds an affection for in his own Jonathan way. The heroine of Jonathan’s story isn’t one of them though and I can’t wait to see how the story between these them plays out.
