This not only takes you deeper into the Deception world, but also brings a perspective into Lia and Adrian’s radioactive chemistry. There was so much between them but there was also this level of ire that they continuously wrought on one another that fueled their interactions to the point that it felt like they were each holding a grenade. It was just a matter of who was going to pull the pin that would inevitably cause the destruction.

The Deception Trilogy has quickly become an all-time favorite series. All-consuming to the nth degree, a twisted storyline, mind screws for days, the devilishly dark and addictive sinfulness of these characters that feeds my black heart, and has me waiting on bated breath for this final book in this exceptional series.
